1Special Election To Replace Marjorie Taylor Greene Called
The run-off election in northwest Georgia to replace Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Trump ally-turned-critic who left her seat in Congress in January, has been called.

VoteHub projected that Republican Clay Fuller has defeated Democrat Shawn Harris in the run-off election for Georgia’s 14th Congressional District.
It’s important to remember that turnout is usually low in special elections, especially special runoff elections. This means that voter enthusiasm can have a bigger impact on the outcome than in bigger elections.
The general primary for the full term is on May 19, so these candidates may not be done fighting each other yet. Last month, Fuller and Harris both made it onto the ballot, along with many of the people they ran against in the special election in March.
President Donald Trump endorsed Fuller, a former prosecutor and Air Force veteran, and his victory tonight will provide Speaker Mike Johnson with more flexibility in his small House Republican majority.
Fuller has repeatedly said he would be “a warrior for President Trump on Capitol Hill,” but other Republican candidates have also promised to support the president’s plans fully.
“There’s a lot of folks who talk a big conservative game, but when it comes down to doing conservative stuff, they’re nowhere to be found,” Moore said Monday in an interview on a conservative talk radio show on WLAQ, a station in the district based in Rome, Georgia. “We need to find a fighter, a legislator, who’s willing to bring that fight with true vigor.”
The 14th Congressional District is massive, covering 10 counties from the Atlanta suburbs to the Appalachian foothills along the Tennessee state line.
Despite being Trump’s stronghold, the 14th Congressional District is home to a significant number of Democrats and independents, which could potentially unsettle Republicans in a special election.
Earlier this year, President Trump criticized Greene during a rally, days before she left Congress in early January.
Trump made the remarks at a campaign rally in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. During his speech, Trump referred to Greene as a “stone-cold liberal” and “highly neurotic,” Mediaite reported.
Trump suggested their relationship deteriorated because he did not return her phone calls frequently enough.Greene recently announced she would resign from Congress following months of tension with Republican leadership. She has publicly criticized members of her own party on issues including affordability, healthcare, and the handling of the Epstein files.
Greene said she decided to leave Congress to avoid what she described as a “hateful primary” backed by Trump.
Trump mocked Greene by referring to her as “Marjorie Traitor Brown.” He said he chose the nickname because, in his words, “green turns to brown under stress.”
“What the hell happened to her?” Trump said during the rally. He claimed Greene appears frequently on CNN and suggested that marked a shift in her political alignment.
Trump said the demands of the presidency made it impossible to speak with every member of Congress regularly.
Trump told the crowd he is responsible for managing relationships with hundreds of lawmakers, dozens of senators, and foreign leaders, in addition to his family.
“You can’t call a president every single day,” Trump said. He said Greene complained publicly after he stopped returning her calls.
Trump again described Greene as “highly neurotic” later in his remarks. He dismissed suggestions that Greene was “brave” for resigning from Congress. Trump said he would have endorsed a primary challenger who would have defeated Greene.
“No, brave would be to stay,” Trump said. Greene has not publicly responded to Trump’s remarks.
Trump Calls On Fox News To Fire Two Top Personalities

President Donald Trump expressed his frustration with two Fox News hosts in a Truth Social post directed at the network’s executives, reacting, in part, to a recent interview on “Fox News Sunday” featuring Massachusetts Democrat Rep. Jake Auchincloss.
Trump accused anchor Shannon Bream of failing to correct Democrats when they spread “propaganda and lies” on her program. Additionally, he criticized Jessica Tarlov, a liberal panelist on both “The Five” and the Sunday show, calling for her to be removed from the air, labeling her as “a real loser.”
“Tell Shannon Bream of FoxNews that it’s not the Save Act, it’s the Save America Act, a big difference! Also, when she insists on having lightweight Democrat Congressmen, such as Jake Auchincloss, on her not very hard hitting show, she should correct them when they spew out Democrat propaganda and lies. She never does! I always close deals, unlike the Dems, and did great with China in every way, also, unlike the Dems!” Trump said.
“For Fox executives only, take Jessica Tarlov off the air. She is, from her voice, to her lies, and everything else about her, one of the worst ‘personalities’ on television, a real loser! People cannot stand watching her. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump continued.
Auchincloss told Bream on “Fox News Sunday” that the war in Iran has been a “failure” and has given Iran leverage through its control of the Strait of Hormuz, neither of which is true.
Trump has previously criticized Fox News, especially after the network’s early projection that former President Joe Biden would win Arizona in the 2020 election. In March, he expressed his disapproval of Tarlov, who often criticizes him on air, during an appearance on “The Five.” He stated that the show would be better off without her, the Daily Caller reported.
“I watch Jessica, and I’m not a fan,” Trump said. “And she uses fake numbers. She’ll give, ‘Well, he’s only polling 42%.’ That’s not right. Polling very high, actually.” He went on to blast “bad journalists” who write “fake stories,” adding, “I’m sure I’d like her. I’m sure she’s a lovely person.”
Trump fired a verbal salvo at CNN earlier this week after the little-watched cable network published a statement from Iran that the commander-in-chief labeled a “fraud.” As it has done throughout the U.S. conflict with the Islamic Republic, CNN readily published a statement from Tehran claiming that Iran was victorious and “forced” Trump to accept a 10-point cease-fire agreement.
“Iran says it has achieved a great victory and forced the United States to accept its 10-point plan, according to a statement from Iran’s Supreme National Security Council” that was reported “by Iranian state media,” CNN’s report began.
The network also claimed that, as part of the plan, the U.S. “has in principle agreed” to lift all sanctions against Iran and withdraw all US forces from all bases in the region.
The report also said the Trump administration has agreed to “accept Iran’s nuclear enrichment and recognize its control over the Strait of Hormuz, while “controlled passage through the waterway” would be conducted in coordination with Iran’s military.
The report from the Iranian regime was clearly propaganda, which led to questions as to why CNN would treat it as legitimate, especially considering that Trump’s primary objective was to destroy Iran’s nuclear enrichment capabilities and deny the regime nuclear weapons.
Trump took to his Truth Social platform to write, in part:
The alleged Statement put out by CNN World News is a FRAUD, as CNN well knows. The false Statement was linked to a Fake News site (from Nigeria) and, of course, immediately picked up by CNN, and blared out as a “legitimate” headline. The Official Statement by Iran was just released, and posted on TRUTH. … Authorities are looking to determine whether or not a crime was committed on the issuance of the Fake CNN World Statement, or was it a sick rogue player?
George Soros’ Network Bankrolling ‘No Kings’ Protests: Report

WASHINGTON — Billionaire activist George Soros and his massive network of "dark money" organizations are once again under fire as new disclosures reveal his foundations are footting the bill for the "No Kings" protests set to sweep the nation this Saturday.
As Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer prepares to join tens of thousands of demonstrators, critics are pointing to a trail of millions of dollars flowing from the Soros-funded Open Society Foundations (OSF) directly into the hands of the radical organizers behind the movement.
THE $7.6 MILLION TRAIL
Public filings and archived grant data analyzed by Fox News reveal that the Open Society Action Fund issued a massive $3 million grant in 2023 to Indivisible, the progressive group now managing the logistics and data for the nationwide protests.
The numbers are staggering:
$7.6 Million: Total amount Soros’ network has funneled to Indivisible since 2017.
$32 Billion: Total global distribution by OSF to advance its "open society" agenda.
$80 Million: Recent reports indicate Soros-backed groups have received over $80 million despite accusations of endorsing domestic extremism.
‘SOROS OPERATIVES’: THE REVOLVING DOOR
The ties between the billionaire donor and the protest organizers are deeper than just a signature on a check. Leah Greenberg, executive co-director of Indivisible, previously served as policy director for Tom Perriello.
In a classic Washington "revolving door" move, Perriello went on to serve as the executive director of the Open Society Foundations from 2018 through 2023—the very entity that has been bankrolling Greenberg’s current organization.
CRUZ SOUNDS THE ALARM: ‘RIOTS ALL ACROSS THE COUNTRY’
Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is leading the charge against what he describes as "politicized marches" designed to incite unrest. Speaking with Sean Hannity, Cruz warned that these Soros-backed rallies could quickly descend into violence.
“There’s considerable evidence that George Soros and his network are behind funding these rallies, which may well be riots all across the country,” Cruz said. “No one denies these basic facts. The Trump administration and the Republican Congress are committed to countering this network of left-wing violence.”
Cruz is pushing his STOP FUNDERs Act, which would allow the Department of Justice to use RICO statutes to prosecute organizations that fund violent protests and "extremist riots."
AG PAM BONDI URGED TO INVESTIGATE
The pressure is mounting on the Department of Justice to take action. Rep. Buddy Carter (R-Ga.) sent a formal letter Thursday to Attorney General Pam Bondi, urging an immediate investigation into the funding web.
"The funding of organizations that engage in, support, or incite political violence must not be tolerated," Carter wrote, highlighting concerns that foreign-linked or billionaire-backed money is being used to destabilize American cities.
THE DEFENSE
A spokesperson for the Open Society Foundations defended the grants, calling them "lawful" and insisting the organization does not manage how recipients conduct operations. "We support a wide range of independent organizations that work to deepen civic engagement," the spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

THE BOTTOM LINE: As the "No Kings" marchers prepare to take to the streets, the question remains: Is this a grassroots movement, or a carefully manufactured, billionaire-funded campaign to undermine the current administration? One thing is certain—Washington’s top investigators are now following the money.
Stay tuned to Fox News for live coverage of the "No Kings" protests and the ongoing investigation into the Soros network.
