Chapter 9 - The New Foundation

Vincent watched from his penthouse as the city skyline glowed in the evening light. He had dismantled his criminal empire, piece by piece, turning his businesses toward legitimate development. He realized that the greatest power wasn't what you could take from people, but what you could give them.

He kept the velvet pouch in his safe. It was the only thing he really owned.

He started a new project: The Ellie Harper Center for Urban Safety, a program designed to give the city’s children a voice against the "monsters" in their walls.
