If we can prove they altered that file’s metadata, we can show a pattern of digital manipulation.”

Priya’s eyes widened. “The metadata! Of course! The original file I uploaded had a specific digital watermark from my phone. If their uploaded version has a stripped or modified version of that same watermark, we can prove they forged the origin!”
