The evidence uncovered from Arthur Vance’s server arrays led to the arrest of twelve senior syndicate executives, dismantling an offshore blackmail ring that had spied on political figures, business leaders, and private citizens for nearly a decade.

Every camera in Sebastian’s properties was removed, and the security industry instituted sweeping new protocols to prevent military-grade surveillance hardware from falling into private hands.

At a formal press conference inside Chicago City Hall, Sebastian Harlow and Victoria Kline stood before dozens of news cameras. But they didn't stand alone.
