Chapter 10 - Forever and Always

One year later.
A sun-drenched outdoor wedding was taking place on a private estate overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There were no armed guards in dark suits pacing the perimeter, no whispers of syndicate wars—only the soothing sound of ocean waves and the sweet fragrance of blooming jasmine.
Isabella glided down the white carpet in a breathtaking lace wedding gown. Little Emma—now a healthy, radiant eight-year-old—proudly walked ahead of her as the flower girl.
At the altar stood Alessandro in a tailored black tuxedo. In his arms, he held little Lily, who was now taking her very first toddler steps, her bright green eyes sparkling just like her father's.
When Isabella reached his side, Alessandro took her hand and placed a gentle, lingering kiss on her knuckles.
"There was a time I thought we would never have this moment," Isabella whispered, tears of joy glistening on her cheeks.
"I promised you I would always find you, no matter where you were," Alessandro murmured, staring deeply into her eyes.
The priest smiled warmly at the couple. "Alessandro Romano, do you take Isabella to be your lawfully wedded wife, to love, honor, and protect her for as long as you both shall live?"
"I do," Alessandro answered without a moment's hesitation.
"And do you, Isabella, take Alessandro to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"I do."
As the guests—including Elena, Dr. Ricci, and Marco—cheered and applauded, Alessandro pulled Isabella into his arms and sealed their vows with a deep, passionate kiss under the golden Mediterranean sun.

At their feet, little Lily tugged happily at her mother’s dress, laughing softly. Alessandro scooped his daughter up into his arm, keeping his other arm wrapped firmly around his wife.
The silver necklace with the engraved I & A rested gently around Lily's neck, catching the sunlight—no longer a symbol of loss and pain, but a timeless reminder of a love that had conquered the darkest shadows, bringing them all safely home.
