The aftermath of the trial was a whirlwind of legal closures. With Victoria Vance and my father completely neutralized, the board of directors begged me to return to stabilize the company's plummeting stock.

I agreed, but on my own terms. I didn't take the CEO position. Instead, I assumed control of the majority shares, restructured the board, fired every corrupted executive, and converted a massive portion of the family wealth into a global foundation dedicated to protecting victims of domestic and legal abuse.

We sold the house by the ocean. It held too many memories of broken glass and sirens. Instead, we bought a beautiful, sunlit farmhouse surrounded by rolling green hills and ancient oak trees, miles away from the city and the ocean's ghosts.
