A year later, the Wellington Grand hosted the grand opening of its first employee housing complex—a state-of-the-art residential facility built specifically for working families.
At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, hundreds of guests, employees, and press members cheered as the banner was raised. But my focus wasn't on the cameras. It was on the small family standing by my side.
Samuel was proudly wearing a tiny suit jacket, still holding his favorite stuffed elephant, while Sophia held her mother's hand. Anna looked at me, her eyes shining with quiet joy and deep affection.
