Chapter 10 - The Celebration of Character

One year later.

The grand cathedral of New York was filled with warm sunlight streaming through stained-glass windows. White roses lined the aisle for the most anticipated wedding of the year.

Unlike the cold, arrogant gala where they had first met, this room was filled with true warmth, genuine smiles, and laughter. Dockworkers, carpenters, charity workers, and dignified guests sat side-by-side without hierarchy or pretension.

Margaret sat in the front row in her wheelchair, glowing with joy, her health improved and her heart full.

Leah walked down the aisle in a breathtaking, elegant white gown, holding a bouquet of simple wildflowers—a tribute to her father’s memory.

Nathan stood at the altar, looking at his bride with tears of happiness in his eyes.

When Leah reached his side, they held hands, exchanging vows that promised love, respect, and unwavering integrity.

"I pronounce you husband and wife!" the minister announced.

Nathan dipped Leah and kissed her passionately as the entire cathedral burst into joyful applause.
