Julian Ashby’s trial had ended in a swift, historic conviction for domestic terrorism, corporate fraud, and attempted murder. The corrupt city officials who had supported him were removed from office, and the city charter of Kellerman Square was permanently enshrined in the state constitution, guaranteeing its protection forever.
The youth shelter was fully restored, its water running clear and pure, its rooms filled once again with the laughter of children.

"Our father, James Ashby, taught us that a city is not defined by its high-rise towers or its corporate profits," Bea said into the microphones, her eyes shining with pride. "It is defined by how we care for the most vulnerable among us. Today, we proved that love is not fragile. It is the strongest foundation we have."
The crowd erupted into a roaring cheer. Callie stood in the front row, holding Leo, who was clapping his tiny hands, while Clara watched with tears of joy in her eyes.
